Castel JAVES is a Spanish Finca-style villa, located on the edge of the Parque de la Granadella nature reserve, in the Urbanización de la Cumbre del Sol, which is located in the heights of Benitachell between Javea and Moraira, in the province of Alicante.
The four-fronted villa is entirely on one level and has a beautiful, comfortable layout. The interiors are very bright and have many large windows. The facilities are complete and modern. The outside area is regularly maintained and there are many comfortable outdoor facilities.

Finca Castel JAVES has all the state-of-the-art facilities for an exceptional stay in the Villa: 1 large bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with two single beds, with an extra mattress in each room and two beds in a good sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a large living room, a kitchen, a dining room, with a breathtaking view of the park and the sea. The villa can accommodate between 6 and 10 people.

Environment Exterior
Sea view : From the garden we enjoy a beautiful sea view over the Granadella reserve with, weather permitting, Ibiza in the background which is two hours away by boat. The villa is five minutes from the beach at Cala Moraig, with views of the surrounding mountains.
La Granadella Réserve : The eastern side of the house is adjacent to the Granadella Park nature reserve, a 750-hectare pine forest declared a Special Protection Area for Birds.
Private swimming pool : A large private swimming pool of 10 x 5 metres with a gentle entrance via four steps.
Eight pool beds and appropriate towels are provided.
Terraces : The house has a beautiful covered terrace of over 35 m2, another sunny terrace around the pool of about 50 m2, and an upper terrace with an outdoor kitchen of 30 m2.
Outdoor kitchen : A beautiful outdoor kitchen equipped with a Plancha, a professional gas Barbecue, a Paella coil, a fridge and an ice maker.
Environment
Garden : A beautiful garden surrounds the villa with a lawn. The garden is planted with many exotic plants. The property is situated on a walled plot of about 10 ares.
